Committee of Management 

The Gold Coast Show Society is one of 128 Agricultural & Show Societies across Queensland ranging from very small communities with populations of 300 or less to larger towns and regional cities. The Committee of Management (COM) of the Gold Coast Show Society Inc. is elected at the Annual General Meeting held in December each year. Financial members of the Society are eligible to stand for selection and voting is conducted at the AGM by financial members in accordance with the Society’s constitution.

The current COM was elected at the AGM held on December 4, 2018 at the Gold Coast Turf Club Showgrounds and brings a diverse range of age, gender, personal and business skills and experience to their role.

For the first time in its 112 year history The Gold Coast Show Society has elected a female President.
