CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. An entry fee is to be paid for each work entered. A completed entry form, with appropriate fees should be delivered to the Steward at the Showground, Jupiters Pavilion on Thursday 28th August NO LATER THAN 12.00 NOON.
   Cheques, Postal Notes or Money Orders should be made payable to
   The GOLD COAST SHOW SOCIETY INC.
2. All entries must be the Exhibitor’s own work done within two years prior to the date set for entry of the work for the Exhibition.
3. All entries will be seen by the Judge.
4. The Judge’s decision will be final, no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Exhibition will close on Sunday 31st August 2008 at 5.00pm..
6. Works must be collected on Sunday, 31st August BETWEEN 5.00 and 7.00pm.

SPECIAL NOTE: Committee will exercise all reasonable care with Exhibits submitted – but will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to, any Exhibit while such Exhibit is in the Committee’s custody.
EACH COMPETITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING HIS/HER OWN INSURANCE COVER.
